Description

Peanut Butter Reese’s Donut Sandwiches are the ultimate no-bake dessert for peanut butter and chocolate lovers! Fluffy glazed donuts are stuffed with a rich peanut butter cheesecake filling, layered with crushed Reese’s, and topped with a dreamy peanut butter drizzle. Quick, easy, and ridiculously indulgent!

For the Donut Sandwiches:

  • 4 chocolate glazed donuts
  • ½ cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup crushed Reese’s cups

For the Peanut Butter Drizzle:

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Make the Filling
    In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in the crushed Reese’s cups, then refrigerate the filling for 30 minutes to firm it up.

  • Assemble the Sandwiches
    Slice each donut in half horizontally. Spread a layer of peanut butter on the bottom half of each donut. Spoon or pipe the chilled cheesecake filling over the peanut butter, then place the top half of the donut back on to form a sandwich.

  • Prepare the Drizzle
    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ¼ cup peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of milk. Microwave for 15–20 seconds until warm, then stir until smooth. Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over each donut sandwich.

 

  • Serve and Enjoy
    Serve immediately for a gooey bite, or chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture. Garnish with extra crushed Reese’s cups for an extra indulgent finish!

  • For clean slicing, freeze donuts for 10 minutes before cutting.
  • Use a piping bag for the cheesecake filling for a neat, bakery-style look.
  • Swap chocolate glazed donuts for plain or maple glazed for variety.
