Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet or loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper until just combined.
Shape into a loaf and place on the baking sheet or in the loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
For a caramelized glaze, spread a mixture of ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce on top 15 minutes before baking ends.
