Ingredients

Eggs: 3 large
Sugar: 1 cup (200 g)
Baking Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Honey/Maple Syrup (optional): 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Mix the Base: In a large bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Incorporate Kefir: Gently fold in the kefir, ensuring an even blend without overmixing.
