Instructions

Preheat & Prep – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the Dough – In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until smooth (it will be sticky).
Roll in Sugar – Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough, roll it in powdered sugar, and place it on the baking sheet.
Bake – Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops look crinkled.
Cool & Enjoy – Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the tray before transferring them to a wire rack.
